RevGuard™ Product

The PowerGuard RevGuard™ Revenue Protection Program is designed to protect solar projects from revenue loss caused by a defect in the solar modules, inverters or other Balance of System components. The program covers lost revenue, inclusive of tax, and tax consequences associated with the non-performance or under-performance of the solar project.

This program is designed as protection for lost revenue and would not pay to replace the defective equipment that caused the lost revenue. The equipment replacement costs would still be the responsibility of the project owner or OEM.
